- Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only
- Return request must be raised within 15 days, after receipt

- We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
- Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
- On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 36 hours
Terms & Conditions
- Return the item within 7 days of the receipt.
- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact, altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
